The following are all the Required Documents to become an
appointed MexiPass Producer:
- Fully Completed and Signed Producer Agreement Form
- A copy of a Valid Insurance License.
- Proof of Errors & Omission Coverage
(Dec Page or Certificate of Insurance)
- Completed W9-Form
- Proof of established Business Bank Account (Voided Check)
- A list of any other offices with contact names (if applicable)
